Registration Information
Registration for the 2025-2026 Hockey Season is open for all returning Boulder Hockey Club or Lady RoughRider players.
If you did not play for Boulder Hockey Club or the Lady RoughRiders in the 2024-25 Season, please submit an application via the "2025-2026 Transfer Application" link in the section below.
When you register, please keep the following in mind :
- 2025-2026 USA Hockey Number - (USA Hockey Registration). You'll need your player's updated USA Hockey Confirmation Number to complete registration in Crossbar.
- NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee - The Registration Fee is required for players to step on the ice for tryouts and is non-refundable if a player chooses not to complete the tryout process.
- Trying out for AA Teams - If you plan on trying out for an AA Team, you must indicate this during the registration process and pay the AA Tryout Fee.
Registration Fee Schedule

| On or Before July 1, 2025 | $500.00 |
| July 2, 2024 - August 1, 2025 ($200 Late Fee added) | $700.00 |
| August 2, 2025 or later ($100 Late Fee added) | $800.00 |
Please note that any Late Fees DO NOT count towards Season Fees. The Season Fee schedule will remain the same regardless of the amount of a player’s Registration Fee.

Registration Insurance
We understand that unexpected events can sometimes prevent your child from completing their season. BHC/LRR has a Zero Refund Policy. When registering, you’ll have the option to add Registration Protection through Vertical Insure.
This insurance covers your fees if your athlete can’t participate due to injury, illness, job loss, relocation, military duty, or the death of an athlete or parent. Learn more: https://help.verticalinsure.com/
New Player Transfer Application
Our Transfer Application portal is open for players who did not play for Boulder Hockey Club or the Lady RoughRiders last season.
We will review all applications to ensure our compliance with the transfer rules at each age division. We will let you know once we have completed the process with the next steps.
In compliance with CAHA policies and procedures, New members can't register until July 1st, 2025.
USA Hockey Number
To register you will need a 2025-2026 USA Hockey Number.
