LadyRiders Spring Elite Training
The LadyRiders and Boulder Hockey Club are excited to offer an Elite Spring Training Program for 2007-2016 female players.The program focuses on hockey and athlete development, with on-ice and off-ice training sessions. The program aims to give players the tools and knowledge to prepare for the upcoming season and take their game to the next level.
Impact Sports—We will partner with Impact Sports Performance to offer a six-week membership for unlimited training classes with their certified professional trainers. This is an excellent opportunity for athletes to add strength, conditioning, and flexibility workouts to their on-ice training during our six-week camp.
Registration Info:
Dates: April 7 – May 15
Birth years: 2013-2016
Tuesdays: Full-Ice 5:15 - 6:15 pm
Wednesday: Skill Pad 5:30 - 6:30 pm or 6:40 - 7:40 pm (players will be split into two groups)
Birth years: 2007-2012
Tuesdays: Full-Ice 6:25 - 7:25 pm
Thursday: Skill Pad 6:10 - 7:10 pm or 7:20 - 8:20 pm (players will be split into two groups)
Cost:
$599 – Skaters - Drop In - $60
$300 – Goalies - Drop In - $30
