Season Registration

Registration for the 2026-2027 Hockey Season is open for all returning Boulder Hockey Club or Lady RoughRider players.

If you did not play for Boulder Hockey Club or the Lady RoughRiders in the 2025-26 Season, please submit an application via the "2026-2027 Transfer Application" link in the section below.

Tryout & Registration Fees

• A registration deposit is required for participation in tryouts and is non-refundable.

If you plan on trying out for an AA

• A tryout fee (AA teams) is required and is non-refundable.
• If you plan on trying out for a AA Team, you must indicate this during the registration process and pay the AA Tryout Fee.

Season Dues

• Upon being placed on a team, all registration fees and season dues become non-refundable.
• The registration deposit will be applied toward total season dues.
• Players are financially responsible for the full amount of season dues upon roster placement..

Payment & Participation

• Players with an outstanding balance will be ineligible to participate in practices and/or games until their account is brought current.
• BHC/LRR reserve the right to withhold participation and roster eligibility for accounts not in good standing.

Financial Agreement

Participation in Boulder Hockey Club (BHC) and/or Lady RoughRiders (LRR) requires a financial commitment for the full season upon team placement.

Commitment Agreement

Being placed on a team with BHC and/or LRR constitutes a full-season commitment for the 2026–2027 season.

By registering and being placed on a team, families agree to:

• Fulfill the full-season team commitment
• Comply with all BHC/LRR and CAHA rules, policies, and procedures
• Meet all financial obligations associated with participation

Transfers & Financial Standing

• Players must be in good financial standing to be eligible for a transfer or release.
• BHC/LRR reserve the right to deny or withhold CAHA transfer approval for players with outstanding balances.

Exception Policy

BHC and LRR recognize that extraordinary circumstances may arise. Requests due to season-ending injury, verified relocation, or significant hardship must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the BHC Board of Directors.

Approval of any exception:

• Is not guaranteed
• Does not automatically result in a full or partial refund
• May result in adjusted financial obligations as determined by the club

We understand that unexpected events can sometimes prevent your child from completing their season. BHC/LRR has a Zero Refund Policy. When registering, you’ll have the option to add Registration Protection through Vertical Insure.
