Mile High Mites - Registration Open!!!

The Colorado Avalanche are proud to support local organizations through the Mile High Mites Learn to Play program, which provides head-to-toe equipment as part of the registration fee ($250). The program is open to new hockey players ages 4 to 9 who have not been on a USA Hockey Registered Roster with a sanctioned youth hockey program.

Mile High Mites at the blue Sport Stable is coming October 12 - November 16 on Thursday nights from 5:25 to 6:25. Registration is now open - Click below to register - Hurry, Registration ends September 28!!!

This is a great way to get your son or daughter into hockey and outfitted with gear! Mile High Mites is typically followed by our Junior Riders program and/or our 8U program.

Crossbar Tips and Documentation

We have added links to Crossbar documentation and help in the Resources Tab above, under Parent Resources & Manager Resources. This includes things like linking your family calendar to your personal calendar, adding additional accounts to your player participant (parents, grandparents, players themselves), etc.

As Crossbar releases additional features that are relevant to our parents, players, and volunteers, we'll make updates on those pages.

BHC Announces Plans for 2023-24 Season and Beyond

Dear Boulder Hockey Club Members,

A few weeks ago, I reached out to all of you to let you know we were aware of potential changes coming to the CCYHL. Today, on behalf of myself and Executive Director Neil Runbeck, I wanted to share our exciting plans for BHC’s future.

BHC has always been a place of inclusion, which will be more prevalent than ever as we continue to grow youth hockey in the state of Colorado. We take pride in being the only club in Colorado that can offer an option for every player regardless of age, gender, or skill level. With that being said, we are excited to discuss the pathways for our BHC players going forward.

NEIL RUNBECK NAMED EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Boulder Hockey Club and Lady RoughRiders Director of Hockey Operations Chris Lockrem announced today that Neil Runbeck has been named Boulder Hockey Club Executive Director. Runbeck assumes his new position after serving as BHC’s Director of Business Operations and Player Development since 2020.
